What are the production steps?
Weaving and dyeing
Allthe weaving and dyeing stages of our 48h bags are carried out in the Vosges at TMT (Tissage Mouline Thillot) a workshop that has specialized in spinning, weaving and dyeing since 1926.
Cutting and packaging
Our customizable 48H bags are cut and made in our ESAT partners in France.
Packaging and transportation
- Packaging is optimized: no polybags, bags are folded in recycled and recyclable cartons
