- This cap is entirely produced in Portugal at our partner's 6-person GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified workshop.

Colors that don't fade
The fabric of our custom caps is dyed before they are produced to ensure that the colors remain uniform over time.
Sturdy
We purposely chose a heavy cotton canvas. We want you to keep this cap as long as possible! It has an interior reinforcement band to solidify the whole.
A classic look
No fuss, no extra flat visor. We wanted a timeless and urban look.

What are the production steps?
Raw materials
- Yarn sourced in Turkey
Weaving
- All the weaving stages are carried out in Portugal at DOMINGOS SILVA GOMES in Barcelos in northern Portugal.
Dye
- All dyeing stages are also carried out in Barcelos, Portugal, at Iris - Tinturaria e Acabamentos, S.A.
Cutting and packaging
- Our caps are cut and made by our partner in Portugal.
- The 6-person family workshop has been GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified since May 2022. License number: 155155-GOTS
- The workshop was also audited by SMETA in June 2022.
Packaging and transportation

Only cotton. We chose a heavy cotton canvas to make this cap truly indestructible.

All weaving, dyeing, cutting and finishing operations are carried out in Portugal. You'll find all the details above!
I have a project, how long will it take you to produce this cap?
We need 30 days to produce the cap, embroider your company logo and ship it to you for standard canvas colors (blue, black, green, red). For custom canvas colors, you can add 15 days.
