What are the production steps?
Weaving and dyeing
All the weaving and dyeing stages of our kits are carried out in the Vosges at TMT (Tissage Mouline Thillot), a workshop that has specialized in spinning, weaving and dyeing since 1926.
Cutting and sewing
Our customized kits are cut and made in our partner ESATs located in France.
Packaging and transportation
- Packaging is optimized: no polybags, the kits are folded in recycled and recyclable cardboard.
- Compensated truck transport
