Porcelain
What is porcelain? It's a combination of three materials: kaolin, quartz and feldspar. These materials are ground, mixed and filtered to create cakes that are then transformed into a more or less liquid paste.
Once you've finished shaping it, it's all done.

What are the production steps?
Raw materials
All our custom espresso cups are made of porcelain: 50% kaolin, 25% quartz and 25% feldspar.
These materials are diluted in water, ground, mixed, sieved and filtered to obtain porcelain cakes which are then transformed into a more or less liquid paste.
Production
All production stages are carried out in Germany:
- Moulding of cup body and handle
- Installing the handle manually
- Baking at 1100° C
- Glazing to freeze the product
- Additional firing at 1400°.

- Single-unit paper packaging
- All our shipments are made by compensated road transport.

Does the presence of personalization weaken the maintenance of your espresso cup?
Not at all! Our espresso cup is microwave safe, machine washable, with and without personalization.
How long will it take to receive my order of custom espresso cups?
It takes 45 days to have your order in hand! If we can do it faster, we promise we'll let you know.
What customization options are available?
Everything is done in pad printing: this allows us to personalise your espresso cup exactly the way you want it. A message on the body of the product, a logo on the handle, an image inside the product, in short, no limits! Be creative
